This 3cnt Packing Line consists of a hand packing station, a labeler, check weigher and metal detector, heat shrink tunnel, and accumulation table. The full line is capable of doing 25-30 parts per minute.
The product line begins at the hand packing station where the baked product is put into a clam shell container. The containers then go through a 3 label applicator for front, back, and top labels. This system also has an ink jet coder for LOT coding and date stamping for the bottom of each package. When the product is top labeled the tamp closes the clam shell case.
Once the products are labeled then the products are conveyed to the check weigher and metal detector. The check weigher and metal detector feature an automatic product reject station if a product does not pass the quality check.
If the products pass the check weigher and metal detector they are sent through the heat shrink tunnel and finally added to the accumulation table to packing.
